Orders are packed and despatched from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders will normally be shipped within 24 hours from receipt of order.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate.
Returns and exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Orders from our made to measure collection are final
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order details and reason for return.
- Choose your courier service ensuring the item is tracked.
Please note if your item is not tracked during shipping, we cannot take responsibility in the event of loss.
You will receive your refund within seven days from our receipt of item. A replacement product will be dispatched within seven days where relevant.
